Shyne Converts To Judaism

Rapper Shyne has converted to Judaism. Formerly Jamal Michael Barrow, Shyne has changed his name to Moses Michael Leviy after converting in a ceremony held at his prison.Shyne took out a one page ad in the current New York Post to announce his decision. He converted to Judaism after he discovered that his family descended from Ethiopian Jewry. Jewish tradition finds that Ethiopian Jews generally descend from the tribe of Dan. Shyne hopes to be released from jail next year, as he is currently in talks with Death Row Records for a new album.
