The 46-year-old actress was reportedly pulled over on Saturday in Santa Barbara where cops deemed her under the influence of drugs though an alcohol test was not performed.
This is the latest troubling story in a long line of headline-making fiascos for Miss Locklear. In March, she was involved in a controversy when a 911 call was made by a caller claiming to be her doctor who said that she was trying to commit suicide Three months later, she checked into a medical facility in Arizona for psychological issues including anxiety and depression.

She’s 47.
Her face looked so lovely up until about 2 years ago. Obviously all this boozing and pill-popping is really taking it’s toll. Plus, LAY OFF THE LIP COLLAGEN!! It looks horrible.
I hope she cleans up her act. She’s well-liked and should still have a career if she doesn’t send it down the drain with arrests and rehabs.

Bejeebus why is it so shocking? just look at her taste in men. What I think may have sent her over the edge was the betrayal of her husband dating her x best friend. She has never been the same.. sad thing is the little girl must be in alot of pain with both parents fighting addictions.
