The 1950s had the mysterious James Dean, but the 1990s had the smoldering eyes of Luke Perry also known as Dylan McKay on the hit TV series "Beverly Hills, 90210." (See photos: 90210: Where are they now?)
Well, Luke Perry is back on TV, it's just not on my beloved "90210" even though we all now know his character is the father of Kelly Taylor's baby in the series' newest incarnation on the CW. OK, deep sigh Dylan fans!
Luke will be guest starring in an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" as a foster parent suspected of child abuse and not as Kelly's love interest or baby daddy on the new "90210." In addition to "L&O," Luke is guest starring as a polygamist cult leader on "Criminal Minds."

OH MY WORD.....I LOVE LUKE PERRY!!!!!!
He's my number one actor! If I ever had to choose an actor to meet it would most definately be him. I was to young to be into 90210 when it first came out, but trust me when those teen years hit I fell head over hills for Dylan McCay. And actually so did my mom when she was young....lol.....she named my little brother Dylan and well Im Kelly. Crazy huh?
I am so hoping he comes back on the show. I always hated it when he traveled (on the show) like when he went to to spend the summer with Brenda. I watched just waiting on his return.
He would be a great dad. I think he should come back wanting to have a part in his sons life, get back with kelly, and maybe him and Brenda have a little fling on the side. Or even Kelly and Brandon having a fling.
I was so happy when I heard the show was returning. I really hope it goes well.
