The Other Driver's In Trouble!

Finally, someone got cited in the much talked about crash involving Shia LaBeouf and some chick Adrian Grenier was dating.
The owner of the car that crashed with LaBeouf and the girl has been cited.
It all happened when the other car failed to stop at a red light.
The accident caused the drunk LaBeouf to flip over his truck in West Hollywood.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the car is owned by 21 year-old Simon Herbert.
Thankfully everyone made it out alive.

So the accident was all the other driver's fault and the possibly-drunk Shia had nothing to do with it and wasn't cited or asked to do an alcohol test.
WHO CARES
You know what probably happened? I'm willing to bet that Shia has such a high tolerance for alcohol that he wasn't really "drunk" at all, but his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. It might have been perfectly capable of driving. (Not that he should…) And, now he's getting a bad rap for it.
Hopefully Perez will now stop saying that Shia got a DUI. He DIDN'T GET A DUI! And maybe now he will stop acting like it was Shia's fault.

The Drunk flipped his truck. The whole idea here is that the accident was NOT caused by Shia — he did an admirable job NOT harming anyone but HIMSELF.
If you've ever been in a similar accident, you would know.
I was nearly T-boned by a 70=yr=old who already had her license taken away BEFORE she ran the red light in front of me with her boat of a Cadillac. I had passengers and I knew this could easily be a fatal move - but I turned my car into a spin at the last moment, which deflected the energy of the impact and NO ONE was hurt in my car. My car was totalled but no one was hurt.
You should give credit to Shia, not condemn him.
How anyone could ever think he is cute is beyond me!
My dad had a car accident at the same intersection by a man how ran a red light like 30 years ago. Bad corner.

shia is a good normal kid being overly scrutinized because he is a celeb. few can say they never got behind the wheel after one or more cocktails. he should consider a taxi or driver for late night romps.
