Brooke Hogan At The Beach

Brooke Hogan enjoyed a peaceful afternoon at the beach in Miami yesterday and from the looks of it got a nice tan. As a mom, a part of me feels bad for Brooke being stuck in between parents. I'm curious, have any of you watched her show, "Brooke Hogan Knows Best"? I haven't had a chance to check it out. Does it play on this current situation?

I am so sick of "reality television" I could just hurl.
I have seen about 2 episodes of her show. I kind of like it! She has a HUGE house warming party in one episode and it was SO nice to see that she just does. not. drink! Love it! On the other hand, her dad needs to take a chill pill. I love how he's very involved in her life and making sure she makes the right decisions, but some of the things he suggests are just OFF THE WALL.
Its a good show. I really feel for Brooke b/c i have gone through what she is going through and it is no picnic. The show does show Brooke with her dad which seems to me she is closest to right now. And it shows her with Linda also and of course she burst into tears about the divorce. You can see the hurt in Brooke though and she really holds herself together. It is basically about her new life on her own though and she is breaking free and doing things a normal child would do. Lexi V to be!
I kind of think that Brooke plays up the situations in her life (the divorce, etc) to promote her show. You would think that she would want to keep that stuff private because it is a bit embarrassing and should belong in divorce court, not a teenager's reality show. It seems like the show is staged around that - like it is set up almost. I don't know... The whole show kind of seems staged to me. I liked Hogan Knows Best much better.... Brooke seems a bit full of herself. Plus all of the promotions she has done, going off about her brother, the divorce, etc. I feel like she is digging herself into a hole.
thank you for taking the words right out of my mouth. she's definately using the situation to her advantage. i know a lot of ppl who are hurt by their parents divorce or the problems going in their families, including me. but, i would never sell my story to every tabloid that is willing to buy it. she is playing the public for sympathy and i am not buying it. this girl has given countless interviews talking about how hard it is to go through what she is going through. and i could imagine it being so but does she really need to air her families dirty laundry the way that she does. i mean, personally, i would be to embrassed. i just wish this entire family would go away.
Now why I would want to watch Brooke Hogan. I would rather mop the bathroom floor with my tongue.

Not sure why Brooke is fighting the obvious. She is like an amazon woman, its like looking at her dad but the female version. She needs to go into wrestling that should be her carrier not acting or singing.
I think she looks really sweet in those photos. Sure, her body looks muscular as always, but her face looks cute.
I would be willing to bet that if you ran into this girl in person on the beach, you wouldn't be thinking that she's huge or an amazon. Hell, she doesn't even look particularly muscular to me. Toned, maybe, and healthy, but not 'muscular'. When I think muscular, I think Madonna. Our brains have been trained to think these tiny little lollipop-headed, size 2 peanuts are the standard. Not everyone is built like Eva Longoria or Nicole Richie or even Paris Hilton.
omigosh - have you SEEN the episode where she says she could never vote for a woman for president because they'd be going through menopause and would therefore be too emotional? SCARY. just cos her mother's gone a bit mad doesn't mean other ladies can't do the job!! what is our nation coming to? i mean really?!?!?!
I saw one episode where her and her mum were on the beach and her mum was crying about the divorce.
i dont know why so many people make fun of the way she looks...she looks slightly mannish in the face because of her chin & jaw, but i think her body looks fantastic most of the time. she isnt petite, but she is very strong & sexy looking in a bikini.
I have seen about 30 secs. of the show, but whatever the episode was, I was astonished that she could actually play the piano!
She's got all the right pieces to make her a beautiful girl...but I think the problem is her looks are soooo much like her dads, including bone structure and such. She seems sort of sweet and nervous on her show...Not the sharpest tool (why don't any of these celeb kids go to college...you'd think with all the money they would have amazing educations!) I think I actually like this girl a bit. I feel bad for her that people make fun of her looks but I can see what they mean.
hubby and i watch her show religiously. hulk's a little creepy with the way hes so protective over his little girl, but hey, its time for her to experience life for herself. i moved out at 18 and i like to see young females taking responsibilities for their own good. its so wonderful to see a woman comfortable with her body and she worked for it. we think she looks great!!
LOL I watched like 10 min of the show the other day. Hilarious... in a bad way. She is pimping herself out the whole time. She had this party with a bunch of people who didn't even appear to be friends with here... they were just kind of there. Then they continued to show shots of her body... which is awful by the way, simply because she's HUGE. She was bigger then every guy at that party, including the "buff" ones. It was sad. I also found it hilarious that she emphasizes the fact that she "doesn't drink." Like anyone cares.
That doesn't even look like Brooke.
