A 30-year old British businesswoman is facing six years in Dubai jail after she was allegedly caught having sex on a beach in the Arab state, according to new reports.
Yikes!!

After throwing back some champagne at a brunch, the horny Brit headed to a local beach with one of her friend's friends for some action.
When the pair were allegedly found having sex by a policeman, he is said to have let them off with a caution.
However, later, after the couple were discovered in the same position, they were arrested, and the woman is said to have become aggressive.
Sheesh…looks like the horny, drunk duo made some bad calls.
The Brit's been charged with having sex outside marriage - considered an offense in Dubai - as well as indecent behaviour in public, being drunk in public, and assaulting a police officer.
The defendant told the media that she fears she will be 'made an example of' under the strict laws of a country where even mild public displays of affection are frowned upon. And, though alcohol is available to non-Muslims in hotel bars, it is an offence to drink or be drunk in public.
If you are headed to Dubai, don't be like the drunkard Brit — claim your hook up is your 'husband' (or wife) and take them to a hotel room to fuck!
Oh, and do not - repeat, DO NOT - bring any drugs in the country, buy any drugs in the country or anything of the like.
And don't be gay!

Anyone smart enough to figure out Dubai is in an Arab country out to be able to figure out basic things like no drinking, or sex in public. In fact, I think those are laws in several countries. Come on, she even assaulted a police officer who tried to warn her to leave? No good deed goes unpunished I guess. She deserves jail crime for being so stupid.

Uhm, why would they give her six years, considering she's British? Why wouldn't a country make allowance for an obvious cultural gap? Not saying this innebriated beach humper necessarily has any culture, considering, even after being warned. She, too needs to respect the rules of the country she's visiting. Stupid woman.

Alcohol is legal in Dubai and other Islamic countries. Egypt has some of the greatest wine and beer I have ever had.

To build a holiday resort/atmosphere and then expect foreigners to behave like monks is unrealistic. If she was there for three years, however, she really should have known better.
I agree with most of you, if you go to another country at least find out the norms of that country, and the fact of the matter is you would be arrested here in the United States for those same things. I am not going to pass judgment on how long the sentence may be, check out the life time sentences people are getting here for having a joint and then talk to me about fairness. Every country has their laws and its just the way it is. Who is to say they are right or wrong.

Frankly I think this woman is an idiot. The police officer gave her time to get away, to go to a hotel and fuck. As far as the drinking goes, you can drink in many Arab/Middle Eastern countries, but in any country public intoxication is frowned upon and/or illegal. Six years in jail might be a lot, but at the same time these are the laws in the country she was visiting. Just because people from a more repressed country go on vacation doesn't give them the right to act like assholes in whatever country they happen to be in. I live in Egypt and I see it all the time… people come here and act like fucking morons and they get in trouble. If you go to a place where laws are different, make sure you know what they are before you act like a damn moron.
Um, dumbass, it's ILLEGAL to have sex on the beach ANYWHERE [yes, even in the USA Perez] and not just on the beach but in public. They were the stupid ones that didn't listen to their first warning which they're probably even lucky to have gotten to begin with. People that get 6 years (as the guy with marijuana did), end up paying a fine and going home. I work in the court system in the United States. If someone assaults a police officer, they get a lot more than six years.

I agree the woman should of known better and having sex anywhere in public is unacceptable. But in the USA you would get a fine, maybe probation, NO jail time, at least not your 1st offence. What a lot of people don't realize is that there are a number of seemingly innocuous offences, at least to the west, you can be arrested for in UAE. Kissing in public, cohabitation, adultery and homosexual behavior are all considered illegal offences punishable by lengthy prison terms. Don't go to Dubai if you even think one of these may apply to you.

I saw a 20/20 story or something like that a few years ago about the princes of Dubai and how they asked some American models to come down there, and then the weirdo princes's drugged one of them and turned her into thier sex slave and stuff.
