Gary dropped by "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" on LA's KIIS-FM this morning to recount his neck-sucking moment on the red carpet last night ... Gary Busey style.

9. I love Gary Busey. What a fun guy. Would love to sit around and have some beers with him with Iron Butterfly playing. God that guy is a trip. What a fun lovin' person. And has more talent then Jen could ever hope to. Maby Jen was out of form or just nervous, but she came accross as a complete b**tch. Turning her back on him and talking all fakey, fakey. Makes you just want to jack slap that arrogant, annoying fake voice out of her. Take a lesson Jen, Busey is were it is at.
