Oscar-winning, platinum record-selling Jamie Foxx has got a lot of green -- but he's keepin' it close!
TMZ caught Foxx making a mad dash out of girl-fight central hotspot Element last night -- and while he supposedly promised to give a beggar some money on his exit, he left the dude high and dry ... well, as dry as one can be in the middle of a Southern California downpour.

5. And how much money did TMZ give to that homeless man? Come on, TMZ. Turning a blind eye and a deaf ear to people begging us for money is something we ALL do sometimes. Everyone hates being begged for money. Unless YOU stop to give money to every single beggar you come across, you've got no room to talk about Jamie Foxx. Yes, he's probably got more money than the entire staff of TMZ put together, but he made his own money, and just like anyone else, it's his choice what to do with it. He doesn't HAVE to give it to anyone if he doesn't want to.
And there's absolutely no proof that he promised anyone money. I wouldn't believe something just because a raving possible lunatic on the street was saying it. People like that will say anything to get money because that's how they survive. Even though Jamie left, he was probably hoping that someone else would feel sorry for him and give him some money.
