Bjork, the popular singer and performer from Iceland is now telling everyone about one of her family traditions. To drink a liter of vodka straight from the bottle every Friday. This is something she watched her grandparents do every Friday and in fact, in Iceland, it is what they do. Every Friday the tradition is to drink a liter of vodka straight and it is how the Icelanders ‘lose themselves’. Well I guess! That’s enough to make anyone get lost for a good while! And this is a tradition she has been following since she was 15. Bjork is a mom of two and has been known for her eccentricities. She’s also saying now that she wants to live on a boat while in Manhattan because she’s terrified of skyscrapers and is extremely claustrophobic. Her and her boyfriend Matthew Barney (great name by the way) want to live in Manhattan and are trying to figure out just how to do that while coping with her fears at the same time. Here’s a thought. How ‘bout you not live in a city where there are skyscrapers? Or… how about you try and figure this one out BEFORE you dip into the happy sauce? Then maybe that boat in Manhattan may actually seem a little ridiculous. Just me though!
