Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Gave Sprinkles Cupcakes As Holiday Gift

cupcakes-tom.jpg
I've heard they are to DIE for but since I am from the east coast, I haven't had the pleasure. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes gave a few hundred friends and associates a sweet treat this holiday season, cupcakes from Sprinkles. YUMMY! Katie even designed the box they sent it in. How creative!
Katie personally designed the gift box in a rich shade of brown and selected a chocolate-brown satin ribbon and faux burgundy cranberries to complete the packages, which each contained a dozen of the tasty treats, including milk chocolate, orange, strawberry and pumpkin.
I checked their website and I am DYING - carrot, vanilla, cinnamon sugar, strawberry... I mean COME ON!

Is this the box you received in the mail from the Cruise family Vera? They sound yummy. Just what my sweet tooth is craving. My family teases me that I like a little cake to go with my frosting. I love frosting.

I like that idea for a gift! :) But for me, Christmas tradition is usually giving some kind of food for gift. It makes a lot more sense than just buying.. stuff...

Katie sure seems into the colour brown this Christmas. o_O

Yum I could go for a box, they are really good. Sent as a gift though from celebs seems pretty tacky to me...

for what Sprinkles cupcakes cost, they should come with gold nuggets in the centers.

the good thing about sprinkles is they sell the mix at williams and sonoma
it is so so so good
and you can make them at home!
there are special directions / orders to make them adn they taste like nothing else...
for the holidays and extra 9$ for 24 (they are aroudn 15$ for the package vs 4 or 5 at gracery stores) it is SO worth it!!!!!
love it!
especially the lemon ones
so much better than youd think!
