The Hollywood celebuspawn was seen last night in West Hollywood at Urth Cafe with a boy!
Uniquely dressed in baggy clothes and big glasses, Rumer smiled as she walked by.
We can’t be sure she was on a date — Rumer ended up paying for valet!
While waiting for the car to pull up, the 19-year-old up-and-coming actress proudly debuted a new back tattoo!
Looks like Rumer shares the same tattoo artist as Jenna Jameson!

That was just some random cute guy walking by, and Rumer quickly decided to grin like a fool while walking near him to make the paps think they were together. ‘Cause there is no way that girl, with that face, in that outfit, could even get a boy that cute to even say hello to her, much less date her.

Just what on the good God’s Earth is she wearing? Everything is horrible - the trousers, the top, the wrap, the glasses, the bag looks hideous too - I mean - if you look a bit odd to start with - don’t wear that kind of stuff its just crazy crazy.

PSL I have to agree with you. I feel incredibly mean saying she’s really ugly, but I don’t think anyone could really dispute it. I bet he’s looking for a step into the industry as well…he looks a lot more like a girl than she does honestly. Cute guy, really really ugly girl. Her style isn’t a cool sort of unique its a tryhard, gross kind of different.

chimera…she does say negative things about some celebs, and while she chooses amongst the most talented ones to condemn(rumer excluded), she sticks up for the worst trainwrecks in the industry.
