FASHIONISTAS STEP OUT IN NAME OF STYLE

Stella McCartney was named Designer of the Year at the star-studded British Fashion Awards on Tuesday night in London. The award, which comes weeks after Stella’s seven-year-old label announced it had turned a small profit for the first time, is indicative of how she has established herself as a respected designer.
Other winners included Marc Jacobs for best New Retai Concept, and Christopher Bailey for Burberry was awarded Menswear Designer of the Year.
Newly slimmed down british songstress Lily Allen was cavity-inducing sweet in a Giles Deacon fairy dress.
Dame Vivienne Westwood won the award for Outstanding Achievement in Fashion. Well deserved, if we do say so ourselves!
Celebuspawn Kelly Osbourne looking stunning and statuesque in a wine-coloured off-the-shoulder gown. Whowouldathunkit?
Last but certainly not least, Dita Von Teese was dripping glamour in a gold Marchesa goddess gown.

Stella Mc Cartney is 8+ months pregnant, lol. Vivienne Westwood is known for her crazy, funky, unique style and designs. Dita has the expression of a bored teacher and i don´t like her dress, though I must admit she always looks very polished.

Shouldn’t a ‘designer’ know that a jumpsuit on a pregnant woman is not a good look? Kelly Osbourne actually looks good; and just like her mother.

Kelly looks terrific. London has been good to her. That’s a boring look for Dita, especially for a fashion awards show . She usually brings it and can pull off the dramatic. Maybe it looked better in person.

All of these women are kind of weird, quirky fashion freaks to me. Vivienne Westwood, Kelly O, Dita…could easily be part of a haunted house. Lilly’s dress is very cute, but it doesn’t really suit her crude, rough personality at all. Stella’s looking very very pregnant indeed!

I hear what you are saying saywhut. I just want to clarify that I do not think women on the heavier side need to be covered head to toe at all. But, if a woman has arms on the fleshy side, she should wear a cap sleeve, or something that flatters/camoflauges the area rather than make it a focal point…..IMO.

I love Vivienne Westwood. She has the coolest most avantgarde fashionshows ever. She is really inventive and creative with the garments she creates. As to what she is wearing- no comment.
Lily look so cute it hurts. Is she only supposed to wear black because she swears sometimes Stephi? WOW your reasoning baffles me!!
I really don’t like Kelly O and her sausage arms are ranking top 1 in the most disgusting arms charts, but I like that dress on her. I don’t see how everyone thinks she lost weight, to me she is still the little pasty fatty she always was.
I am bored with Dita, and she looks like she is too.

Stella: I know you’re preggers and all, but it IS safe to wash your hair, dearie! Try having it styled, too.
Lily: Cute dress, but it elongates her torso too much. Love that pink on her, though.
Vivienne: She’s always been a crazy, out-there gal. The Phil Spector hairdo is a bit much, however.
Kelly: Love her new ‘do and thank god she’s not wearing white spackle foundation anymore. The dress color is great, but the gown makes her look lumpy.
Dita: Don’t love the gown, but I loves me some Dita anyway.

Kelly looks great!!! From the chic haircut and style to the dress! Even her makeup is simple yet beautiful! She looks so elegant there!
