PETA Hounds K-Fed to Get Brit's Pups

Britney SpearsPETA wants Kevin Federline to take custody of Britney's dogs too. Say it with us, everyone, "Leave Britney alone!"

In a letter from PETA Prez Ingrid E. Newkirk, she writes to Fed-Ex: "For the sake of your children and the animals who are at risk while in Ms. Spears' custody, we hope that you will do the right and best thing for all involved and pursue a custody order for the animals so that your sons can continue to have the company of the animals they've grown to adore."

It is unclear whether Newkirk was referring only to canine species or other people surrounding Britney.

6. This just shows what a joke PETA is. The man has enough to worry about right now. His children are the #1 priority, not the dogs. Plus, PETA should know that children that young like to hit animals and be rough with them like toys. They dont understand the difference. Shows that PETA is just using this situation to try and get publicity.

8. Not a bad idea, this woman can't take care of herself, and if she goes off drugging for a few days, she won't remember the dogs any more than she remembered she had kids. The children shouldn't be apart from the dogs, and the pooches are just assessories to Britney, like her kids were, make nice photo-ops for all the rags. She can just buy another $2,000.00 purse instead, at least it won't starve to death if she forgets about it.
