Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has blasted his ex-wife Dina for allowing a 'drunk' man to raise his children. Michael has instructed his lawyers to write to his ex-wife complaining she allowed "substitute father" Jim McMillan to bring up the actress and her siblings Michael Jr., 19; Aliana, 13, and 10-year-old Dakota, reports The New York Post.

Michael says, "Jim McMillan should not be in the presence of my children - especially when I'm being kept from them. He is no example, nor is he a substitute father."

His lawyer John DiMascio says, "During my client's telephone calls with the children, he has overheard Mr. McMillan in the background making inappropriate comments. On a more disturbing note, it appears that Mr. McMillan was inebriated."

Dina, her lawyer and McMillan refused to comment.
