    I think that if she grew her hair longer rather then the short hairdo she's been 'attempting' to pull off, she could actually quite good. Longer and maybe blonde? Not like bleach blonde or anything- kindof like the shade it is in the above picture. Her face structure is already quite masculine-ish and for a girl to pull off short hair she has to have extremely feminine facial features. Therefore, Rumer doesn't pull her haircut off. Not to mention, her current hair colour is extremely bland and boring. I really hope she realizes this sooner or later! I think she could definately be pretty, with some work.
